Reading is a habit that ensures that one is never lonely. DPS East of Kailash believes in the holistic development of children, and provides different opportunities for the little bookworms to read. DPS EOK held a Book Fair organised by the Ministry of Culture, on its premises on 11th May, 2024. The headmistress, Ms. Usha Diptivilasa, herself an avid reader, presided over the event. The book fair began with the lighting of the lamp, and the headmistress cut the ribbon. DPS students, accompanied by their parents, showed immense enthusiasm at the fair. They browsed different genres and skimmed through the books and catalogues. The day ended with content smiles from the little bibliophiles, eager to go home and read their special finds.
