Delhi Public School, East of Kailash celebrated Hindi Diwas with great enthusiasm and academic fervour on 14 September 2026 to commemorate the importance of the Hindi language and to promote greater appreciation and respect for its linguistic and cultural significance. The celebrations included a range of engaging educational activities for students across different grades. Picture based activities helped the students strengthen their Hindi vocabulary. The school held storytelling and poetry recitation sessions, opening up the world of Hindi literature for students. A slogan writing activity unlocked the creativity of the children. They also recited the slogans with great confidence in the class. Hindi teachers took the students to the Vishwa Hindi Mahasammelan held at India International Centre. The theme of the conference was Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam – A Shared Culture of Global Dialogue. These activities helped the students develop Hindi language skills and foster a love for the language.
