The students of Class V E presented an engaging and meaningful class assembly on the theme ‘Happy Minds, Healthy Hearts.’ The assembly focused on the importance of wellness and highlighted how physical, mental, environmental, social, emotional and spiritual well-being together contribute to a healthy and fulfilling life. The assembly began with a warm welcome to the teachers, parents and students, followed by the inspirational song. The students then introduced the concept of wellness through the beautiful analogy of a rainbow with seven colours, each colour representing an important aspect of well-being. This was followed by an energetic Hoopla Dance. The musical presentation by Pavit on guitar/keyboard and Sayesha added a beautiful dimension to the theme. Aanya Arora then presented a dance performance. The assembly was enhanced through musical performances by Divisha, Nyra and Mauli. The assembly concluded on a vibrant note with a Brazil-themed class dance. The programme concluded with the National Anthem and the School Anthem, followed by the class photograph.
