The students of Class I D presented a lively and engaging assembly on the theme ‘Health and Fitness’ to spread the message of leading a healthy and active lifestyle. The assembly commenced with a warm Invocation Dance followed by a soulful prayer. Through confident speeches, the children shared the importance of healthy eating, drinking plenty of water, exercising regularly, meditating, and maintaining a positive attitude. A vibrant Zumba performance, along with a colourful Health Heroes Parade, captivated the audience and highlighted the joy of staying fit. The interactive health trivia session with parents added excitement and encouraged everyone to reflect on healthy habits. The assembly concluded with the cheerful song ‘It’s a Beautiful Day,’ leaving the audience inspired to adopt a healthier lifestyle. The event was greatly appreciated by the Supervisor, teachers and parents, who applauded the children’s confidence, enthusiasm, and meaningful presentation. The event concluded with the National Anthem followed by the group photograph.
